    Historically people have been slightly more reluctant to add to their staff during election years, and sometimes there’s not as much movement in the market during the summer months, but our clients are certainly still hiring in 2024! Below is a snapshot of some of the hotter jobs we are currently working on. CFO: Decades old organization that has experienced some recent rapid growth. Our client is looking for a CFO (or a Controller who is ready for the next step) with a very stable work history and experience working in the construction industry. Director of Finance: Make a difference in the community by leading the finance function for a reputable and impactful local Kansas City not for profit organization. Tax Manager: Manufacturing company that has grown their revenue 15x in the past 20 years. They are looking for someone coming from either a public or corporate tax role and all in the compensation can reach over the $200K range. Vice President of Finance: Lead and manage a sizable team while overseeing all FP&A functions for the organization. This person must have strong experience working with government contracts. This role has the potential to pay a salary into the $200Ks, plus a strong bonus and great benefits package. Sr. Internal Auditor: Skyrocket your career by getting your foot in the door with an organization that promotes very rapid growth while gaining exposure to all different divisions throughout the company. You would have the potential for some international travel and this is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to move on from public accounting and have more control of their own career path. Payroll Manager: Looking for someone to come in to manage a large team responsible for processing payroll for multiple entities located throughout the country. This will be a salary in the six figures. Accounts Payable: We are working on multiple AP opportunities in various industries and located throughout the Kansas City metro area. Plus, many more opportunities.
