Our newest class of Analysts started earlier this week, and three out of four look familiar! We are pleased to welcome back Zachary Lu, Jenna Macrae and Lillian Schlamp, who all served as Summer Analysts in 2023. They can help show David Walley ("the new guy") around the office. We’re pleased to announce that John P Keeney has been promoted to Managing Director! Since joining us in 2022, John has been an invaluable member and growing leader of our Investor Relations team. Congrats, John – we appreciate your hard work and dedication, and we look forward to your continued contributions.

Our Technology Opportunities team is pleased to welcome Brian Pierce as an Advisory Director. We know him well, as he has been working with the team since January 2020 and has served on the PakEnergy board since late 2019. Brian is a software industry veteran who has a long history of working with high-performance teams to lead and build rapidly scaling businesses. He brings 30 years of technical, sales and operational experience across all aspects of a business and strong executive leadership expertise in companies like Rogue Wave Software, Infor, TIBCO and XEROX. We look forward to his help working with our deal teams to find and diligence new platforms as well as furthering operational excellence in our portfolio companies.

We’re happy to announce three notable additions to the team. Payton Donato and Tim Schnabel have joined our Investor Relations team, and Sara Leonard is the newest member of our Legal & Compliance department. Welcome aboard!

We are excited to announce a strategic growth investment in Aprio, a leading business advisory and accounting firm. Aprio was recognized by Accounting Today as the fastest-growing CPA firm in 2023. We believe Aprio is an innovator in the space with an exceptional culture and tremendous growth potential. We look forward to partnering with CEO Richard Kopelman and his talented team as they build a leading provider of accounting and advisory services to clients nationwide.

We are delighted to announce the first batch of our mid-year promotions. From our Investment team, congratulations to Flannery (Siyu) Zhou on her promotion to Senior Vice President! On the Investor Relations team, Jina Moon was promoted to Principal and Lauren Desrosiers to Senior Vice President. We also had the following well-deserved promotions on the Operations team: Catherine Corriveau, CPA to Director, Tax; Jack Nolan to Director, Strategy & Operations; Valerie Gaviria to Assistant Controller; Matt Rocha to Accounting Manager; Brian Deinstadt to Senior Associate, Credit Operations; and Sherri Ames to Marketing Specialist & Executive Assistant.
