We're excited to share an update on the construction of our dehydration and compression unit. Over the past month, we've made significant progress, including: -Construction of two compressor foundations and support pedestals is well underway. -The cooling tower is complete. -Underground cooling water piping has been installed. Thank you to our dedicated team for their hard work and continued efforts!

We are pleased to share safety milestones reached in May. The consistent dedication of our team to safety excellence is highlighted through these accomplishments in Medicine Hat, Port Neal, and Verdigris. Thank you to our employees for their unwavering commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.

Yesterday, our President and CEO, Tony Will, spoke at Reuters Events Energy Transition about ammonia's role in helping the transition to a clean energy economy and CF Industries' decarbonization efforts. "Looking long-term, ammonia is a zero-carbon fuel with no sulfur attributes associated with it," he says. "We'll have a significant volume of low-carbon, or blue, ammonia beginning next year."

This month, we celebrated the incredible women of CF who are driving innovation in the engineering field. CF’s Northbrook location celebrated Pride Month at the CF Safety & Wellness Expo on June 18, 2024. The Pride Month booth highlighted psychological safety, an essential element in creating inclusive spaces. Psychological safety fosters an environment where CF employees can come to work as their authentic selves. Visitors to the Pride Month booth received a list of Pride-themed books and music playlists, a bracelet-making station, and exciting giveaways like Pride Month flags and AirTags. Happy Pride Month!

Juneteenth, sometimes known as "Freedom Day" or "Emancipation Day," commemorates the abolition of slavery in the United States. Though slavery ended federally in 1863, it wasn't until June 19, 1865, when Maj. Gen. Gordan Granger issued his General Order No.3 in Galveston, Texas that the last remaining enslaved people gained their freedom. Juneteenth was marked as a federal holiday in 2021. It is a day to celebrate Black history and culture and commemorate the continued effort towards equity. Our CF employees celebrated Juneteenth with a guided virtual tour that explored Hampton, Virginia's Fort Monroe, where the Emancipation Proclamation was first read.
