Sure, most of the patients are in wheelchairs struggling with age related illnesses or injuries, but they were listening to music, hanging out together in the common areas, eating Italian ices, attending musical performances, bingo, crafts and even a carnival! While our mother’s dementia prevents her from participating in most activities, the aides took the time to bring her to these events which my mother enjoyed being a part of. There was always a helping hand to get my mother’s nails cut, wash her clothing, get us information about her medications, how much she was eating or progress in PT. Centennial has no fancy façade. It is not about appearances. It is about a building a strong community and providing absolutely excellent care. For that, the team at Centennial deserves our highest recommendation.
