Wati joined Censeo in 2022 and has spent the past two years helping federal agencies drive large-scale transformations, including developing strategic program management guidance and expert technical and research capabilities to help them establish project goals and key metrics. Wati has over 15 years of experience working in public sector organizations including the Supreme Audit Institution of the U.S. Government (GAO). Her experience has been gained in diverse audit organizations, including working in municipal government working as the Chief Auditor for the City of Chicago Office of Inspector General, and most recently working in the external audit body of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family (especially her nieces), watching movies, and rediscovering Chicago’s architectural beauty and restaurant scene.

Meet Emma Mayfield, a Business Analyst who joined Censeo in August 2023! Leveraging her skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis, she partners with our clients to meet their strategic and organizational needs on projects ranging from strategic plans to audits of public programs. Emma's favorite part of working at Censeo is the strong feeling of community among the employees and the organization's emphasis on a reasonable work-life balance. Outside of work, Emma enjoys reading, volunteering with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, and watching Formula 1 racing. As someone new to the DC area, she has enjoyed getting the chance to explore the city with her roommates.
