    Climate Advocate | Policy @ Carbonfuture | Founder @ CDRjobs | Chair @ DVNE | Ex-Merkel, World Bank, Tech Entrepreneur | UCL-Cambridge-Harvard 🇩🇪🇪🇺🇮🇹

⭐ Today, I would like to shine the spotlight on one of the most tireless, dedicated professionals I have met in carbon dioxide removal (#CDR): Tank Chen 😶🌫️ If you work in CDR, or even just dipping your toes in it, you will have come across some of Tank’s incredible work. Flying largely under the radar, he is the person behind a lot of different initiatives you’ve come to know and love in the CDR space. 🎩 He wears many different hats, his current roles include: - Head of Content and Community at CDR.fyi - Editor of the Communication Committee at The OpenAir Collective - Founding Member (with me) at CDRjobs - Assisting Producer at Na'im Merchant's Carbon Curve podcast 🧙 As a result, Tank knows the CDR industry inside out. He is an absolute data wizard and can visualise market data so that it makes sense to *anyone*. I’ve had the great privilege to work closely with Tank and recommend following (or chatting to) him to anyone interested in understanding the CDR space better. 🗣️ Also, one of his many skills include “how to explain CDR to 8 year-olds” - which may serve as a good tool for anyone trying to explain what they do to their relatives, both young and old. 👏 Thanks Tank for being a humble CDR champion. Keep up the amazing work and I look forward to seeing what you do next.  #cdrhero #carbonremovals #netzero
