As a tribute to our colleague John Bencsik whose untimely passing in December 2021 touched all of us, each year we recognize a couple coworkers whose efforts match John’s unparalleled commitment to his customers. For example it was “routine” for Bencsik to get up at 2.00AM drive from Chicago to Indianapolis from there to Milwaukee and back again, simply so his contractors could complete whatever pour had to get done that day. John’s wealth of knowledge was outmatched only by his colorful personality - he most definitely filled a room!😀 Jan Bennett in Naperville along with Tony Spinosa and Zach Wiseman received this year’s Outstanding Customer Service awards. Each with their own unique story & contributions, and each of them indispensable! Jan greets each and every customer with a broad smile and a warm, sincere welcome. And like Bencsik she draws on a lifetime of experience to answer any possible question they might have. She prefers being on a fork lift & loading trucks over shuffling papers behind the desk. In recognition of all her efforts a most deserving recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service award. Jan you help all of us raise the bar, congrats and Thank You!!
