Caregiver Recruiters is a division of Glades Talent that provides remote recruiters to home care agencies. Our full-service program works with agencies' HR and Staffing Coordinators to bring in the high-quality caregivers they need to staff both current and prospective cases. We are not a database or even a recruitment service, we are a true extension of the team. This significantly minimizes the cost of having FTE's in the offices, and our month-to-month cost structure allows companies to only use the program when they need it.
