Care4All Health Services is a Florida based 501c3 nonprofit serving individuals and families who do not have and are in need of comprehensive health coverage that provides access to quality virtual and in-person preventative care and wellbeing services. We are a solutions focused, faith based organization grounded in a core belief of service and doing for others as you would have them do for you. We believe everyone should have access to quality care that provides the essential health benefits and preventative care necessary to improve ones health and quality of life. Our Mission is to provide donor sponsored, comprehensive healthcare coverage and improved access to care services for thirty million (30M) uninsured Americans by partnering with donors, benefactors, plan providers, care providers, and community organizations. Our Vision is to create a contagious culture of "Health Plan Sponsorships" which allocates resources to Plan Coverages that provide people Access to Care, directly removing the largest barriers to Healthcare Access and Quality, and brings forth real opportunities to lift up and improve the health and lives of the country's uninsured. Plans include member based, PPO, POS, EHB, qualified and non-qualified ACA plans. Health Services currently include digital and in-person Urgent Care, Primary Care, Preventative Wellness Care, Medications (Rx), Lab Services Behavioral Health In-the-Moment Care, On-Going BH scheduled Psychology & Psychiatry Care, Medication Management, Specialists, Dental, Vision, Hearing, Patient Advocacy, Medical Records Storage, and Pet Tele-Health. Additional available services are Diabetes & Lifestyle Management Care, Dermatology Care and Chiropractic Care. Additional ACA EHBs are currently being confirmed and added for availability June 1, 2023.
