This month, we’re celebrating three 10-year CCDC work anniversaries, including Doug Woodruff’s! In his 10 years with CCDC, Doug has led several transformational projects our community enjoys today, including the beloved Grove Plaza, Cherie Buckner-Webb Park, and the formation of the Shoreline District. In addition to overseeing large-scale projects, Doug leads a team of project managers who work tirelessly to create a vibrant community for all those who live, work, and play in Boise. When he’s not working, Doug enjoys hunting, fishing, and whitewater rafting. Congratulations on this incredible milestone. CCDC is proud to have you on our team!

What an honor to be recognized by BOMA Idaho and our peers for the Rebuild 11TH Street project in the Excellence in Parking and Mobility category. This multi-year, multi-agency project offers a safer, more accessible, and convenient 11TH Street for all. Thank you to our partners, Ada County Highway District (ACHD), McAlvain Companies, Inc, Jensen Belts Associates, Kittelson & Associates, Inc., Parametrix, City of Boise, and Musgrove Engineering, for your support and commitment to bringing first of their kind low-stress bike lanes to our downtown, expanded sidewalks, and improved parking options, so that everyone - regardless of age or ability - has the opportunity to enjoy 11TH Street.
Congratulations to CCDC for your Excellence in Parking and Mobility Improvements award at this year's BOMA Excellence Awards Event! This project added a raised bike lane along 11th Street in downtown Boise offering a safe option for cyclists away from pedestrians and cars in a popular area near the popular Cherie Buckner-Webb Park. BOMA Idaho is pleased to recognize this project and many others at the 2024 BOMA Excellence Awards! #cre #boma #bomaidaho #bea #2024bomaexcellenceawards #mobility

The Assay Office building is a mainstay of Boise, Idaho. The iconic building dates to back to1871 when it was built by the U.S. Treasury Department to process gold and silver in the early mining days. CCDC is committed to supporting the preservation of historically significant buildings in our city, and we’re proud to contribute to ensuring the Assay Office building remains a part of our community.
