We are pleased to announce Alexis “Lexie” Logan has been promoted to knit supervisor in the our USA made knit department. Logan joined the company in 2021 as an EK operator and was promoted to a trainer in 2023, where she successfully oversaw the training of all new department hires. In her new role, Logan will be responsible for managing all employees on her assigned crew, ensuring the quality and timely production of daily quotas and customer orders. Her duties will include maintaining a safe, positive, and productive work environment, and upholding the high standards of quality expected from Cap America’s USA-made knitwear. Logan will report directly to Vice President of Production Jon Page, who commented, “Lexie has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills as a trainer. Her experience in that role has provided her with a deep understanding of our production processes and timelines. I am confident in her ability to lead her team effectively.” Cap America is one of the largest circular knit production facilities in North America, producing completely custom knits in their Fredericktown, Missouri facility as well as providing several domestic made in stock options that allow for quicker delivery.
