    Introducing candidate.fyi Whitelisted Windows One of the biggest problems with scheduling interviews? Finding time with interviewers who have absolutely zero availability. They're in back-to-back meetings all day, every day. The next free slot is weeks away... Unfortunately, that just doesn't work - you'll lose candidates left and right. So what do you do? You do a mad shuffle - reaching out individually, seeing which events can be moved or booked over. It's painful and involves a lot of tedious work. There's a better way - introducing Whitelisted Windows. With Whitelisted Windows, you can reserve special (whitelisted) calendar event names to be treated as available. Now, interviewers can enter these as blocks directly on their calendar to be reserved for interviewing. candidate.fyi will then magically surface these as available time slots while scheduling. No more detective work over a calendar with 50+ events on it. No more mad shuffling, reaching out to interviewers separately. Each time a reschedule happens, it causes a lot of work for recruiting teams You need to go back to the drawing board A new time to be coordinated A new schedule across the various interviewers (with potentially new ones needed) It's a massive headache that causes a real business impact But teams are largely left in the dark on how often this is occurring.. Until now With our reschedules report, you can see how many interviews are being rescheduled across different types of interviews, jobs, and even departments Even more powerful, you have access to a reschedule rate - showing you how often (and quite possibly how likely) it is for the interview to be rescheduled This allows you to drill down into specific types of interviews to really get a sense in what's going on You can even see who is causing the reschedule (by hovering) - is it the candidate or is it internal? Access the data you need to analyze reschedule impact, right at your finger tips
