CATSA Announces Board Changes CATSA extends its gratitude to Melissa Coulson on her official retirement from the Board of Directors in June 2024. Ms. Coulson has been an integral member of the Board for the past decade, including serving as Chairperson during a short vacancy. Throughout her tenure, Melissa was an active member of the Audit Committee, the Transaction Committee and the Governance, Human Resources and Pension Committee. We thank her for her dedicated service and contributions, and we wish her all the best. Additionally, CATSA is pleased to announce Sharon Duggan’s reappointment to its Board of Directors for an additional four-year term. Since 2021, Ms. Duggan has been serving as Chairperson for the Governance, Human Resources and Pension Committee. L’ACSTA annonce des changements au sein du Conseil d’administration L’ACSTA exprime sa gratitude à Melissa Coulson à l’occasion de son départ officiel du Conseil d’administration en juin 2024. Mme Coulson a été membre à part entière du Conseil au cours de la dernière décennie, et a notamment assuré la présidence pendant une courte période de vacance. Pendant son mandat, elle a participé activement au Comité d’audit, au Comité de transaction ainsi qu’au Comité de gouvernance, des ressources humaines et du régime de retraite. Nous la remercions pour son service dévoué et ses contributions, et nous lui souhaitons beaucoup de succès. En outre, l’ACSTA est ravie d’annoncer le renouvellement du mandat de Sharon Duggan à son Conseil d’administration pour une période supplémentaire de quatre ans. Depuis 2021, Mme Duggan occupe les fonctions de présidente du Comité de gouvernance, des ressources humaines et du régime de retraite.
