For the past 2.5 years, Brandon has been a positive force in both our Detroit and New York offices. He’s a rockstar with clients and co-leads our LGBTQIA+ ERG — Straights Allowed. A hard worker and super dedicated, he consistently impresses the whole team. During undergrad, Brandon worked for various departments at Michigan State University including the Associated Students of MSU, University Activities Board, and MSU Union. Post-grad, he’s only worked at IPG agencies (CE and McCann NY)! We're so happy to have you on the team, Brandon 🥳⭐️

📣 Employee Spotlight 📣 Jonathan Corchado   Meet JC, a Senior Strategist based in Charlotte, NC! JC is one of the masterminds behind our stellar brand strategies, and the co-leader of our amazing employee resource group — Sí @ CE. His journey to CE is a testament to his "act like you belong" life hack. He hustled through internships, brand ambassador gigs, and even serving gigs to gain experience and build his network in the advertising/marketing world. But his passion doesn’t stop at marketing. JC uses his skills to empower the next generation of future marketers. That's what being Radically Human is all about! We're so happy to have you on the team, JC! 💪😁

We're so grateful for the incredible work of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)! Not only have they been busy fostering strong connections within our employee communities, but they're enriching the entire company culture with fantastic events. They truly embody what it means to be Radically Human.   Here are some recent highlights: Sí @ CE brought the fiesta for Cinco de Mayo! Gigi Padilla and Jonathan Corchado hosted an Edutainment event that combined fun activities and prizes with an educational twist, helping everyone learn more about the holiday's significance. Ability @ CE tackled an important topic: disability, neurodiversity, and chronic illness in the workplace. Hadley Roy hosted the discussion, which featured Rene Dell and Vanessa Haviland from Gesher Human Services. The presentation was full of value and provided insights and resources that can help us support one another’s unique needs at work.   ERGs are just part of what makes our agency Radically Human. We're people obsessed and strive to create a sense of belonging in every way we can. Because at CE, we believe when people are celebrated for who they are, they do the best work.
