🌟 Celebrating the success of our recent internship program with the Folsom Cordova Unified School District! 🌟 Once again, CDT proudly participated in the Career Technical Education Summer Preceptorship Program (CTESPP) this year! This hybrid program combined in-class instruction, internships, and research projects, culminating in an inspiring TED Talk. Over four weeks, four high school students dedicated 15-20 hours per week to gain valuable hands-on experience and high school credits. Our students explored various CDT teams, including Internal Business Applications, Internal IT Services, and Web Services & Data Science, enhancing their skills and career insights. The program concluded with a celebration on June 26 at Vista del Lago High School, where Michael Todd, Assistant Deputy Director, honored their achievements and highlighted the importance of investing in the next generation. These young talents are the future of CDT, government, and technology.
