The article goes onto explain how "generative AI is expected to enhance productivity, the research concludes, particularly for those in high-value roles paying above $100,000 annually." Witnessing History: How #NASA's #PACE Mission Will Transform Our Understanding of Climate Change. 🌍 This morning, I had the privilege of watching the launch of the PACE satellite from the Kennedy Space Center (third time is a charm). PACE stands for Plankton, Aerosol, Cloud, ocean Ecosystem, and it will study the complex interactions between the #ocean and the #atmosphere, focusing on carbon dioxide and phytoplankton, the tiny marine organisms that sustain life on Earth. 🌏 This mission is vital for advancing our knowledge of #climatechange and its effects on our #environment and our well-being, as well as for developing strategies to enhance air quality, coastal management, fisheries, water resources, and ecosystem health. 🌏 I was honored to be here as a guest of my dear friend and colleague, Dr. Jeremy Werdell, who is the PACE Project Scientist and a remarkable leader in this domain. I have known him for nearly 25 years, from his humble beginnings as a new graduate to his prominent position as a key contributor to a major #nasa mission. 🌍 As a #CPA by profession, I have been fortunate to work with remarkable scientists and engineers for over 40 years, who are solving the toughest challenges facing humankind. I urge all my colleagues in other professions to understand the great work that goes on at #NASA and how that work helps to improve our daily lives. I was joined by many of those scientists, engineers, friends and colleagues at the Banana Creek viewing site, witnessing this amazing moment. This is the definition of “cool”!
