In a multi-family community, the clubhouse is a pivotal part of the construction process. It's not only a place for tenants to gather, relax, and play once they've moved in, but once it's built, it's the hub for signing leases so that property managers can fill units before the community is even completed. In short: first impressions MATTER. The clubhouse needs to knock it out of the park, and these recent Brinkman projects did just that!

Exciting Progress at Springs at Peña Station 🏗️ We are thrilled to share the progress on the clubhouse and pool at Springs at Peña Station. These photos, taken from May 2023 to May 2024, showcase our team's attention to detail in constructing this space. Located only thirty minutes from downtown Denver, the 380,302 SF community will offer amenities such as a resort-style pool, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, community clubhouse with coffee bar, outdoor barbecue area, conference room, car care area, and a leash-free dog park with pet spa. This ensures our team returns to a safer, more focused work environment, reducing risks associated with post-holiday work. PROJECT THROWBACK: Clovis Point, Longmont This week we're looking back at a more recent multi-family community we built in Longmont, Clovis Point. So much thought went into creating a beautiful community where people can live and play, including firepits, grills, a pool and spa, play areas, an alpine pond, and a dog park. The clubhouse is packed with even more amenities, including coworking spaces, Fitness on Demand (TM), a yoga room, kitchen, library, and multiple lounge spaces. The community was built to evoke a comfortable mountain Scandinavian resort, and create an extension of the great Colorado outdoors. We partnered with developer McWhinney and architect Hord Coplan Macht to bring this stunning community to the Front Range.

We are excited to announce the successful completion of Alpine Flats! This property, developed by Richmark Properties Inc and designed by alm2s, includes seven buildings totaling 184,000 SF. This new multi-family community brings 200 units to the Greeley market. Project Update: Authentix Greeley We are excited to share that Authentix Greeley is complete! This property, marking our fourth collaboration with Continental Properties, was designed by Rosemann & Associates. It includes 20 buildings totaling 271,000 SF with a clubhouse, pool, 24 detached garage stalls, a maintenance building, a trash/recycling enclosure, and a mail kiosk. This new multi-family community brings 288 units to the Greeley market. Celebrating a Successful Bike to Work Day! We had an amazing turnout yesterday at our Bike to Work Day morning station at Lady Moon and Harmony. Over 80 community members stopped by to kickstart their day with wellness-related giveaways and a healthy commute! Despite a bit of rain here and there, the turnout was great. Check out these photos we captured! A special thank you to Lisa Schroers, Alex Creighton, Alyssa Elijah, Jeremy Clift, Dianna Carrillo Martinez, and Lindsey Miller for their work in organizing and running the event.
