Demonstrating the strength and talent within Brinker's finance team, Mika previously served as VP of Finance, Investor Relations and Restaurant Development. Mika started her Brinker journey in 1988 as a Chili's Host and earned her finance degree while working at Chili's. Happy #PrideMonth!🏳️🌈 To celebrate, our DEI team hosted an impactful Active Allyship Training and non-profit tradeshow. Aaron White, Chief People Officer, opened the event, followed by James Butler, Chief Supply Chain Officer and Executive Leadership Team Champion for the LGBTQ+ and Allies Community of Interest, who emphasized the importance of active allyship. Last week, BrinkerHeads gathered at our Olympics-themed Restaurant Support Center (RSC) Meeting to celebrate an incredible, record-breaking fiscal year! We left feeling inspired and ready to strive for gold again in F'25 🥇 The celebration continued into the afternoon with our annual Officer Cookout, where our leaders personally grilled burgers and hotdogs to show appreciation for our RSC Team Members' unwavering "work hard, play hard" spirit. Here's to another year of excellence and teamwork!

On Friday, June 14, BrinkerHeads came together for a special day of service and celebration at Bonton Farms Extension Farm, cleaning flower and vegetable beds, feeding the goats and chickens, and making a meaningful impact in the community. Together, we completed almost 100 hours of service and celebrated freedom and empowerment, reflecting the spirit of #Juneteenth.

Earlier this year, Brinker auctioned off two chef experiences at the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Evening Under the Stars fundraiser, raising $16,000 for the children of St. Jude! Our Chili's and Maggiano's Little Italy culinary teams hosted the chef experiences, featuring a custom dinner course with wine pairings, at our Restaurant Support Center.
