Veirano Advogados, just released an alert for investors. “Once enacted, this new legal framework will provide greater predictability for investments in low-carbon hydrogen projects in Brazil, enabling progress in the energy transition. In addition to complementing the objectives of the National Energy Policy, it introduces innovative governance, planning, regulation, and fiscal and non-fiscal incentives.” Daniel Engel Marcos Ludwig @andre Carvalho #energytransition #hydrogenprojects #infrastructure #governance Peter Baumgaertner #memberspotlight #memberappreciation #memberexperience
Following months of discussion, and meeting the expectations of various industry segments, Brazil's House of Representatives passed Bill of Law No. 2,308/2023 on July 11, 2024. This legislation establishes the National Policy for Low-Carbon Hydrogen and is now awaiting presidential sanction. Once enacted, this new legal framework will provide greater predictability for investments in low-carbon hydrogen projects in Brazil, enabling progress in the energy transition. In addition to complementing the objectives of the National Energy Policy, it introduces innovative governance, planning, regulation, and fiscal and non-fiscal incentives. Here you find our client alert with a few insights on what may might expect us going forward, written with my fellow partners Marcos Ludwig and Andre Carvalho #veirano #energytransition #greenhydrogen #greencommodities https://lnkd.in/daZPK_eQ

The Brazil-Florida Business Award is a prestigious recognition given to visionary and outstanding business leaders who have made significant contributions to the sustainable development of the economies of Brazil and Florida. 🔸Patrick Goddard is the President of Brightline, the leading provider of eco-friendly intercity passenger rail in the United States, connecting city pairs that are too far to fly and too close to drive.
