BMRA is happy to participate in HomeAid's diaper drive by supporting the families in need within our community. By contributing to this essential cause, we aim to help ensure that all babies have access to the necessary supplies for a healthy and comfortable start in life.

Our nonprofit partners serve thousands of families throughout the year and constantly need diapers. Your assistance with diaper donations is crucial in meeting this ongoing demand. If you haven’t had a chance to visit our website and make a donation to our Builders for Babies Diaper Drive, you still have plenty of time. Your donation, no matter the size ensures that children have the essential supplies they need for a healthy and stable start. Thank you for your support and for making a difference in the lives of countless families throughout our region. https://lnkd.in/eP5fDda4

The National Park Service (NPS), with the support and assistance from BMRA, recently hosted a training event for First Line Supervisors in the breathtaking setting of Port Angeles, Washington, just outside Olympic National Park. This course, designed specifically for Facility Management First Line Supervisors, aimed to address a critical gap in the training offerings available to this influential group of professionals. Recognizing that First Line Supervisors play a crucial role in the success of the NPS, the course developers sought to provide a comprehensive training experience that goes beyond the typical software tool training. While proficiency in various software tools is important, it was understood that First Line Supervisors require a broader set of skills and knowledge to be successful. The training event in Port Angeles brought together a group of First Line Supervisors from various parks, fostering an environment of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and growth. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, lectures and discussions that covered a wide range of topics.  By investing in the development of First Line Supervisors, the National Park Service demonstrates its commitment to empowering these key individuals and ensuring the effective management of our nation's treasured park facilities. The success of this training event in Port Angeles serves as a testament to the NPS's dedication to providing its employees with the tools and resources they need to excel in their roles and contribute to the preservation and enjoyment of our national parks for generations to come. #BMRA #NPS #LeadershipTraining #LearningAndDevelopment #SupervisorSuccess
