Big G Express, Inc. is a 100% employee owned, asset based truckload carrier headquartered in Shelbyville, Tennessee. With approximately 650 tractors and over 2,000 trailers, Big G Express provides general commodity, irregular route, and dry van truckload services to customers nationwide. Big G was founded in 1995 with just 10 trucks and has grown to over 100 million in revenues and 750+ employee owners. In 2009, Big G Express became 100% employee owned through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). This free retirement benefit is in addition to excellent benefit package offered to employee owners. Since the ESOP was formed, the stock price has increased over 500%. Big G offers excellent benefits and competitive pay with a financially stable and secure company that has continued to grow. On August 25, 2015, David Mann, a seasoned driver since 2008, started a new chapter at Big G Express. Off the road, David enjoys fishing, playing basketball with his grandkids, and refurbishing cars. 🚛 Meet Rebecca! 🚛 Rebecca joined Big G Express in October 2019, but her driving journey began in 2013 with Conway Truckload. She first gained experience with a landscape double axle trailer, making the transition to a 53' trailer smooth. One of her favorite memories is tackling Wolf Creek Pass in a blizzard. She has traveled the lower 48 states and visited every state capital with her Jack Russell Terrier, Griffin. 🐾 At home in Limestone, TN, Rebecca enjoys clearing land, gardening, and beekeeping.
