This month, we took our crafting skills to the next level by making beautiful flowers from pipe cleaners! Don't worry—it was easier than it sounds. We had a fantastic live tutorial on Teams led by Architectural Designer and IGNITE representative Isha Somerville. During the tutorial, she taught us how to create different flower designs and encouraged everyone to let their creativity flow and make their own unique creations. Exciting news from BHDP's Cincinnati office! Our workspace at 302 W Third Street received some upgrades. We redesigned our break area and kitchen, creating an open environment where employees can build connections, have an impromptu conversation, or hop in a phone booth for a call. Employees now also have access to the QUAD: a recently constructed tenant amenities space within our building that features a state-of-the-art gym, golf simulator, ping pong, and much more.
