There's fantastic progress at the 478,000 SF Granite Run Multi-Family project with BET Investments and IMC Construction. It is an hive of activity creating 208 residential units and 25k SF retail shell space. Our MEP/FP and structural teams are working throughout the site on residential and amenity spaces, including foundation and retaining wall designs for a 20-foot elevation change across the site.
