Berkshire Partners and Leonard Green & Partners (LGP) today announced the closing of the sale of SRS Distribution Inc., a leading distributor of residential and commercial building products in the United States, to The Home Depot for $18.25 billion. The acquisition was previously announced on March 28, 2024.

Not far away.," this exhibit offers crucial historical reminders at a time of escalating antisemitism both in the US and globally.
