Greetings from Big Sky Country! Benderson has officially entered a new state with a new acquisition in Montana. This purchase of a freestanding Walgreens on 2527 N. Reserve Street in Missoula expands our company's national footprint to 40 states.

Benderson is celebrating a new acquisition: Carillon Place in Naples, FL. The 250,000-square-foot open-air shopping center is located at the intersection of Airport-Pulling Road N and Pine Ridge Road and home to national retailers T.J. Maxx, DSW and Walmart.

At Benderson, we prioritize the health and well-being of our team members. We’re excited to help Detwiler's Farm Market continue to grow. The family-owned and operated grocery chain officially broke ground yesterday on its new 133,000-square-foot distribution center at our Florida International Tradeport in Palmetto, FL.    The state-of-the-art facility will help streamline operations for their six stores between Palmetto and Venice. By increasing efficiency, the new distribution center is expected to help them further deliver on their motto “Eat Fresh for Less.”

The popular grocery store is the first to open in our latest mixed-use development in north Sarasota County, which will feature 150,000 SF of retail space and 600 multi-family units upon completion.
