Last Friday, our founder Bob Brandt Jr. led a tour of three downtown jobsites for our college interns and those from Heller Capital. Each site visit, guided by our talented team, offered insights into the financial, logistical, and relational aspects of construction. Stops included: • Steven-Smith House: Thanks to Superintendent Matt Oswald and Foreman Mike Ventura. • 202 NQ: Led by Michael Funck, APM Evan Ressler, and APM Intern Aleisa Corle • 347 NQ: Guided by PM Tanner Edgell, APM David Rich, and Carpenter Zane Richards. WE GIVE Committee Welcomes Horizons Students On June 26th, the WE GIVE Committee hosted around 35 students from Horizons at Lancaster Country Day School at our College Avenue job site. Horizons is a tuition-free, non-profit summer program for low-income students in the School District of Lancaster, focusing on preventing summer learning loss through academic and enrichment activities. Special thanks to Dave Dreer, Andrew Figlio, and Luis E. Justo, CACM for the informative tour, and to Phillip Ireland for providing safety gear. The committee, including Jennifer Frederick, Valerie Tully, Teresa Noble, Whitney Stauffer, and Michele Rickert, presented a $500 check to Horizons.
