About us
The concept of Bedrock Logistics originated in the 1980’s when the founder of Pavestone Company realized the efficiencies to be gained by merging its large internal truck fleet with contract carriers and logistics companies to remove the gaps in Pavestone’s large transportation needs. This was accomplished by forming Bedrock Logistics in 2003 to manage these needs under one umbrella. The success of Bedrock was so great that it began to offer transportation services to shippers outside the Pavestone family, culminating with the decision in 2012 to separate into an independent, debt-free 3rd Party Logistics Provider when Pavestone Company was sold. Since that time, Bedrock has grown to a team of 100 plus professionals operating on a state of the art TMS to utilize its database of over 45,000 carriers to provide efficient, premium LTL, Truckload, Freight Forwarding, International and other services to its customers across North America. Friday, Feb. 2, 2024 - NATIONAL BUBBLEGUM DAY Some days you just need to break up the monotony of "Fall-Off-Friday". Today, we did just that with our first ever Bedrock Logistics Bubblegum Blowing Contest. Meet Anthony Davis, one of Bedrock's finest and champion bubblegum-bubble-blower. Absolutely thrilled with the momentum here at Bedrock as January is coming to a close! Our team has been firing on all cylinders, and the positive energy is truly infectious. A highlight from a few weeks ago was our First Annual Customer Night Out at the Stars game. These types of events help put into focus what really matters, building lasting relationships. Two of Bedrock's BEST took some time to volunteer at the "Trick-or-Treating in the Park" Event - Presented by Kroger, this past Saturday. Thank you Maria and Liza for representing Bedrock Logistics, and for helping make so many children happy by handing out Halloween candy and special treats. The event was held at Klyde Warren Park and the turnout was amazing!
