This involves gathering information and collaborating closely with all departments to ensure the accuracy of the report. 📝 Having maximum information is essential, as monthly financial reviews with corporate headquarters focus on comparing results against the budget. Typically, variations are expected to be within a range of +-10%. What do you consider a reasonable variation in your reports? Budgets cover 5 key points: 👉 Facilitate reflection on the future of the business. 👉 Promote excellent internal communication and interaction with other departments. 👉 Include an estimated inflation percentage. 👉 Consider the company's sales cycles (high and low seasons). 👉 Identify labor market conditions to remain competitive. Generally, budgets are annual, although sometimes 5-year plans are managed, completing the budget for that period. 🔹 How do you handle this issue in your company? When should it be reviewed and approved?
