    Day Two of #BeautyConLA 2023 was full of logistical adjustments based on Day One learnings that helped funnel great energy and dynamic conversations. Essence Ventures President & CEO Caroline Wanga took in all of the engaging experiences, and spread the word about Beautycon’s mission throughout the day. She capped off a powerful two days at #BeautyCon with an honest, empowering and motivational conversation with Kelly Rowland on the main stage discussing “Turning Passion into Profit” She closed out the day with the team that helped bring the BeautyCon experience to life and thanked them for a job well done.
