    BMSC - Faster, Stronger.

    My kids have started to have “Show and Tell” at school where they get to bring their favorite toy, sometimes it’s an old toy, sometimes a new toy, and they talk about what makes it so amazing…. I forget where I was going with this… Anyways, we JUST installed this amazing new robotic capper at Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp that uses vision, spider bots, and 6 axis robots to pick closures like caps and pumps and apply them to bottles with minimal changeover time, literally 20 minutes to go from a cap to a pump. It also uses 3d printed parts to reduce the lead time of change parts, even the in-feed screw is 3D printed!  It’s the coolest thing EVER. Ah, I remember now, kids don’t know how good they have it. So many toys and they get to play with them all day. What I wouldn’t do to be a kid again.  #RobotRizz #Launchlife #joinourteam

    BMSC - Faster, Stronger.

    My favorite charity event of the year is the #MK5K. You may be thinking “oh, Peter, way to get excited about supporting a great cause.” To which I say, “Yes…the cause….” The THE MARY KAY FOUNDATION is an amazing organization, and I am proud to say that Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp has supported the #MK5K in the fight against cancer and domestic violence for over a decade. On top of a great cause, the BMSC team competes against each other in a series of “friendly” wagers that always makes this event a bit more intense than your morning jog.  The banter that goes on is not LinkedIn appropriate but makes for an exciting race. Congrats to Cindy Ramsey, Javier Diaz and Ismael Esparza for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place!

    BMSC - Faster, Stronger.

    Stress is addictive. That pressure pushing you to do more, to stretch a little more, to reach out with your fingertips. And when it’s gone? Is it relief?  No, it’s more an eerie quiet. Like what is about to happen that will destroy this moment of peace.   Addictive, right?  It's stressful just thinking about it.  It’s like a self-replenishing addiction. I remember that stress when we started to design and build our current plant, Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp Coppell, in 2013. At that time, it was nearly 4 times bigger than our first plant, roughly 350,000 sq ft versus 85,000 sq ft, with 10 times the production capacity. We said then if we worked really hard, we could fill it up in 15 years. Well, our team worked really really hard, (cause of that stress addiction) and we filled it up in half the time. So what do we do next? Build another manufacturing site, of course! And you know, go big or go home.  BMSC2 is our new high volume manufacturing site in Fort Worth, Texas with a 500,000 sq ft campus.  BMSC2's crown jewel is the incredible processing area with some of the most powerful 10,000L and 20,000L processing skids in the US. Come join our team. BMSC2 Ft. Worth opening in just a few short months.
