A full service, state of the art waterfront private Pilates studio. We have 6 Balanced Body Studio Reformers, a ladder barrel, a Cadillac, a Core Align, and a a XO and MVE Chair. Offering a variety of mat, barre, stick, and reformer classes, as well as private equipment instruction. A welcoming environment, we provide personal service and offer affordable PIlates instruction by professional staff.
