Barnsco Texas would like to congratulate Joe Margita on his graduation from the Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI) Train-the-Trainer program! This intensive program is designed to develop operating company Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialists, equipping them with the skills to implement CI projects with the guidance of an LEI coach. Joe completed 4 projects for his certification as a CI Specialist and we can’t wait to see some of the other things that he will lead going forward for Barnsco Texas!
