He has been with Barnhart since 2018 serving in multiple roles on Wind Maintenance and Services work. He is an exceptional motivator that inspires his team by developing strong relationships through care and coaching. Our core principles of one-Community, full-Commitment, true-Craftsmanship, and high-Character are truly embodied in his leadership. Prior to Barnhart, Barath was in Air Pollution Control and Clean Energy industries, holding multiple positions at Alstom and GE. He is a Chemical Engineer by training. He is originally from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Southern Part of India. He has been living in Tennessee for over 23 years with his wife and 14-year-old daughter.
