Executive Chef Prabeen Prathapan and Executive Sous Chef Ruston Richardson represented Balboa Bay Resort and Club at the annual Table for Ten Orange County Culinary Event, benefiting the Pascal Culinary Arts Scholarship. Chefs from across the county gathered to prepare their most exquisite dishes and beautifully decorated tables, offering paired wines and a five-star white glove service.
