For over a decade, the Nichi Bei Foundation has hosted the annual Northern California Soy and Tofu Festival which has been dedicated to connecting and empowering the Bay Area Japanese American community. We're thrilled to have been a Silver sponsor for the past three years, celebrating culture, community, and of course, delicious food! At this year's festival, we collaborated with Nakayoshi volunteers to share Bachan’s sauces drizzled over tofu. Our mission is all about bringing family together through food, and events like this are the heart and soul of what we do.
