We endeavor to uphold their legal rights through affirming and supportive services, helping immigrants fight discrimination within the contexts of immigration and family law. Our social services team works to connect LGTBQIA clients with supportive housing options, health services, and a community that will welcome them. Our language access team ensures that language barriers never stand in the way of LGBTQIA immigrants and survivors getting the excellent services they deserve from DC nonprofits. At Ayuda, no matter how you identify, you have a home.

Today’s announcement will protect so many families who are currently forced to choose between seeking lawful immigration status and being with their loved ones. For more than 50 years, Ayuda attorneys have been helping family members apply for immigration relief, adjust their status, and access pathways to citizenship.
