Thank YOU to the more than 600 people who joined us for our 2024 Meet Minneapolis Annual Meeting at the Minneapolis Convention Center! Record-breaking attendance was not the only event highlight. Through today’s meeting theme of “Changing Perceptions. Positive Impact.,” we noted 2023 successes, presented an insider’s look at the future of travel and tourism, provided information on the U.S. Gymnastics Olympic Team Trials event coming to Minneapolis in June, and shared plans for future Minneapolis tourism initiatives. In 2023, Meet Minneapolis brought more than 700 events to the Minneapolis region, welcomed nearly 713,000 people to the Minneapolis Convention Center (MCC) and helped increase hotel demand in the city by more than 15% year-over-year.
