A few months ago, we started a POC for a “No-code AI pipeline builder for code manipulation” (a.k.a. GitGud internally). We were curious to know if it was something devs needed. As a different approach from the first product we launched, we decided to have 2-week sprints and iterations based purely on user data. We had a weekly design thinking meeting on Mondays. For each new sprint, we set a hypothesis and planned the strategy needed to test it. The first week of the sprint consisted of developing the features needed, and the second one of fixing bugs and validating the hypothesis. These 2 months following this approach have helped us better understand the problem and how we wanted to provide the solution. From simple wordings like “pipelines”, that we thought were easy to understand, to complex things like how to integrate our tool into the development lifecycle. As my 2 cents, I believe this is an approach every startup should try once and see if it fits them. After these 2 months, at Autonoma AI, we now like to say we are building the AI platform that lets developers build, not maintain. P.D. Our POC is still live if you want to give it a try: https://lnkd.in/dwhCefdV
