About us
Aurora Staffing provides staffing services for the Woods System of Care hiring Direct Support Professionals throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The Woods System of Care is a nonprofit organization that supports children, adolescents, and adults with complex medical and behavioral health needs to achieve their highest potential and independence through innovative and individualized approaches that promote learning and personal fulfillment. Aurora Staffing hires for the various affiliates in the Woods System of Care: Woods Services, Brian’s House and Archway. Each of these affiliates provides a unique experience for clients and residents. Aurora Staffing has an innovative approach to recruitment with a personalized experience to ensure candidate satisfaction. Once you have applied for the job an experienced recruiter will be in contact with you within one business day to complete your phone screening, you will then be swiftly booked for your interview. Upon receiving an offer you will be helped every step of the way by out friendly team to complete your onboarding procedures before attending your paid orientation/training. After you have started your new role you will be contacted by our retention specialist who will periodically check in with you to make sure you are satisfied within your role.
