In the workplace, neurodiversity can be a challenge, but it can also be a powerful competitive advantage, especially when individuals are placed in environments that leverage their strengths rather than continually focusing on overcoming challenges. Today as our Atrium Learning & Development team is hosting an internal DEI session on neurodiversity, we’re sharing a post on navigating neurodiversity in the workplace: https://lnkd.in/epmwAC8H It’s important to recognize how different individuals’ learning and communication style influence how they work best.

Founder + CEO at Atrium | Extended Workforce Management and Talent Solutions | Building the workforce of tomorrow by putting people first.

When asked in a recent survey by the World Employment Confederation, senior executives at Fortune 2000 companies listed four main reasons why they plan to increase their staff of flexible employees: 🤸♀️Increase the agility of their workforce 🌉Bridge unexpected resourcing gaps 🖱️Bring in specific digital skills that they struggle to find full-time hires for ↗️Access a higher caliber of talent than is possible through full-time hires I find these responses fascinating—but of course, they make perfect sense! Today’s hiring managers have a keen understanding of which job functions flourish under a flexible model (and, just as importantly, which don't). Many organizations are finding that their companies operate best with a harmonious mix of contingent and full-time employees. At the end of the day, contingent work is on the rise because it works for employers seeking more agility in their workforce and for employees wanting more flexibility in their careers. Here’s more on the surge of the flexible workforce from Staffing Industry Analysts: https://bit.ly/3VdGgdO #Workforce #FlexibleWork #ContingentWorkforce
