Within just 8 months, she moved to the NPA Queue, and by August 2022, she was promoted to Team Lead, managing our Insurance Department workflow. This past month, she stepped up as our new Supervisor for the Insurance Department. 🏆✨ A fun fact about Alma: she comes from a family of ten, with seven sisters!
