Say hello to Oxbow! Our newest project in the Mill District of Charlotte has started construction. With 389 apartments and almost 12,000 square feet of retail, Oxbow is set to be our biggest project yet. We’ve crafted a beautiful brick and wood design, using sustainable materials like cross-laminated timber. We’re also excited for this to become a landmark on the Cross Charlotte Trail, activating it with new walkers, bikers, and retail destinations.
