Had a great time watching the new Despicable Me movie this weekend -- no surprise since my family are big fans of Gru and the Minions! But it also struck me that the little yellow troublemakers have a lot to teach us about leadership: 💛ADAPTABILITY💛: Minions are highly adaptable, able to take on a nearly infinite number of roles depending on the situation. 💛TEAMWORK💛: Minions (mostly) work together as a cohesive unit to achieve their goals, using both their individual and collective strengths. 💛INNOVATION💛: Minions think big (sometimes really big) and often come up with creative and unconventional solutions to problems. 💛IRREVERANCE💛: Minions aren’t impressed by titles, rigidity, or fussiness. They admire imagination and results. 💛FUN💛: Minions bring laughter and a sense of shared joy to their work, which helps them stay motivated and brush off setbacks. Now that's a great culture 🎉
