Moooove over experts – our cows have the predictions ready!⚽ Some of the cows at Holger Poulsen’s farm have predicted the outcome of the UEFA EURO quarter finals in football. Do you agree with the cows?🐄🤔 Pssst.. if you’re not into football or your national team is already out, here’s a fun fact: Holger’s farm is placed at the highest point in Denmark, which is ‘Møllehøj’ (not sure we’ll brag about the height though – it being 170.86 metres high😅)

Summer in Denmark = Time for koldskål 😋 When summer approaches our colleagues at Slagelse Dairy in Denmark are busy churning out millions of litres of ‘Koldskål’. Here’s a sneak-peak of the production 😊👇 For those of you that don’t know, ‘Koldskål’, which translates to ‘Cold bowl’, is a Danish dairy desert. It’s like a cold buttermilk soup - it tastes a lot better than it sounds, trust us 😄
