What do you give the person who does everything? AN IMPACT AWARD! This week’s winner is Doris Dampier from the Prairie County office. From assisting beneficiaries to helping coworkers, Doris knows and does it all around the office. She promotes employee training and job knowledge, but also shows kindness with thoughtful acts that express appreciation for her coworkers. Doris consistently helps her clients with tougher cases because she is the go-to person for finding answers. She has even been described by her coworkers as a “champion” at creating success in both her county office and regional area. Today, Doris is continuing that winning streak by being this week’s recipient of the Impact Award! Congratulations Doris!

Care and compassion are two of the driving forces behind the next Impact Award winner, Sandra Winfrey from Mississippi County. One can tell Sandra truly cares about her clients and getting them the assistance they need. She actively takes the time to sit down with upset clients and talk through the situation with them until they understand what is needed to fix the situation. She has even personally driven a client who suffered a medical mishap in the office to the hospital, just to make sure that client got the care needed as soon as possible. With coworkers, Sandra is kind and patient. She prefers to give helpful pointers and tips rather than criticizing and pointing out faults. Her coworkers in the Mississippi County office truly appreciate and admire her and believe she deserves this award. Therefore, Congratulations Sandra Winfrey, for being this week’s Impact Award winner!

“The most kindhearted and caring person I have ever met.” Kinder words have rarely been spoken, but in this case, they’re describing Amy Neal, the next Impact Award winner. Hailing from the Crittenden County office, Amy does anything and everything she can to ensure her clients are taken care of so they can receive their benefits. Her care and compassion for clients and coworkers alike shine through her actions and attitude every day. Amy is always willing to help out, answer questions, and if someone asks something she doesn’t know the answer to, she stops what she is doing to help find that answer. Amy’s gracious, kind, and friendly personality is definitely having an impact on others and makes her a great Impact Award winner! Congratulations Amy!
