On Friday, April 12th, we had the privilege of welcoming members of the Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) to ADJC. Our guests were a dynamic and diverse group, including a juvenile judge, a prosecutor, a researcher, a leader in anti-human trafficking and child protection, a government official, and a law partner. These exceptional women came from the following countries: Kenya, Kuwait, Sri Lanka, Lebanon, India and Fiji. Our Adobe Mountain School facility was chosen as a venue for its exemplary programming, structured environment, education services, and comprehensive clinical and health services. The visit was part of the IVLP’s focused agenda on exploring the “U.S. Judicial System: Protecting Women and Children,” a critical and timely topic. This opportunity allowed us to showcase our efforts and exchange invaluable insights on protecting vulnerable populations. #ivlp #adjc
