Archer Integrated Risk Management reposted this
Humbled by the feedback Michael Rasmussen - thank you! It's a privilege and heavy responsibility to lead an iconic brand like Archer Integrated Risk Management. We've tried to respect our brand and embrace our legacy while simultaneously leading our amazing client community toward our current modern technology, AI-enabled processes and enterprise GRC approach. We aspire to be the best and position Archer toward another 25 years of success and leadership. That's only possible by collaborating with a mission-driven thought leaders - and you certainly represent that. #grc #enterpriserisk #assurance #resilience
Back where it started 22 years back! In this same building I met with Archer Integrated Risk Management back in 2002, so much has transpired since then! What a strategy day with Archer. 2024 culminates and capstones several years of metamorphasis at Archer as Bill Diaz and the executive team has made significant changes to strategy that are all coming together. I am very impressed in Archer Assurance in which they demonstrated what they are delivering with Compliance.ai to provide significant value in #compliance processes to manage the range of obligations, policies, and controls and provide significant insight into #regulatoryintelligence #regchange compliance #thirdpartyrisk and #riskmanagement. There is a lot more than I was expecting. Then the UX enhancements . . . this is perfectly what Archer needed to deliver on this year and has achieved. Their user base will be extremely pleased with the complete overhaul of the UX. This is even further enhanced with their Open API capability which completely changes the ability of Archer to integrate. Their RMIS capability is delivering and enabling a full-spectrum of risk management as most solutions in the market (with a few exceptions) fail to deliver on risk transfer as a treatment option. But Archer in delivering RMIS is redefining how RMIS functions and the value it provides. Of course their risk quantification capability is among the best and I have the deepest respect for Graeme Keith in his thought leadership. But we did not go through that today. Throughout the day, I was reminded what I wrote in my blog in 2022 . . . A primary directive of GRC is to provide GRC processes and information that is innovative, contextually intelligent, assessable, and engaging. GRC done right minimizes its impact on the business while still maintaining insight and control of risk across the business . . . Like Apple with its innovative technologies, organizations must approach GRC in a way that re-architects the way it works as well as the way it interacts. The Agile & Cognitive GRC goal is simple; it is itself Simplicity. Simplicity is often equated with minimalism. Yet true simplicity is more than just the absence of clutter or removal of embellishment. It’s about offering up the right contextually relevant GRC information, in the right place, when the individual needs it. It’s about bringing interaction and engagement to GRC processes and data. GRC interactions should be intuitive. Agile & Cognitive GRC is about delivering innovative, intuitive, and GRC engagement and intelligence to the business in the context of business. It delivers 360° contextual GRC intelligence through the use of artificial intelligence, cognitive computing, machine learning, and natural language processing. It provides engaging and user-friendly experiences that minimize process overhead while enabling the organization to reliably achieve objectives, while addressing uncertainty, and act with integrity.
