We spent $4million+ USD on KOLs in 2024 with Arcadia Marketing Web3 to bring our clients to market. Why? Web3 is poisoned with short-term thinking. 99% of Web3 marketing tries forcing someone to feel a certain way. However, giving a wider audience all the data points to decide for themselves leads to a high-quality consumer and sustainability. So we use KOLs to do four main things: 1.) Reach untapped audiences. Whether it's APAC, Telegram, WeChat, or YouTube gaming, we manage creators who have spent years developing a presence within a niche. At the end of the day, our clients are always the same at the core, but we use KOLs to present our clients' products in a way that might resonate differently with different demographics. 2.) Trust and Credibility. If you are a new brand, building a compelling product, and have the means to deploy capital into a Web3 KOL campaign, this might arguably be the greatest benefit. Founders are founders, their #1 goal is the product. Most founders spend years head down within the company, developing or trying to find product market fit that they have yet to have a moment to earn their stripes within Web3. In crypto, trust is everything. Cold outreach, paid ads, and new market participation do not work. It would help if you had reputable figures to vouch for your brand. 3.) Showcase organic traction. 99% of Web3 Influencer campaigns fail because of this common mistake. People often say, "If I pay an Influencer, then it looks like a spammy promotion." That is untrue. For instance, our company works with 4-7 clients at once, meaning we are EXTREMELY exclusive with who we work with. Therefore, all of our clients are incredibly high quality. Another critical aspect is your relationship with the influencers. You are bound to fail if you contact an influencer for the first time and ask for an engagement that equally reciprocates your company's value. We know our roster on a first-name basis, so any client of ours receives AAA treatment due to the case studies we have had in the past. This leads to a much more fruitful, passionate, and beneficial campaign. 4.) Properly showcase the product. We live in crypto. If you want your product to be successful, you can appeal to more than a tiny niche, and chances are your product is already incredibly complex. This is the essence of building in an emerging tech market. We utilize KOLs to break down what seems like a complex product into digestible chunks for their communities. Narrative and positioning are everything. A more mainstream approach to marketing is essential, or you are bound to eliminate a plethora of potential buyers. Influencers have been our way of reaching the unreachable, positioning our clients in the most lucrative way possible, and telling a compelling story to truly onboard the masses. You either utilize these influencer networks in Web3 or get left behind, ill let you decide.

We spent $350,000 on Web3 native KOLs to generate 1.2Billion impressions for one of our clients. The average CPM for Twitter is $3, meaning we saved our clients nearly $3Million utilizing KOLs. The benefits dont stop there. 1.) Paid ads look EXTREMELY inorganic in Web3. Utilizing KOLs helps give the perception that the brand is being genuinely understood for its product offering. 2.) Community. Our KOLs promoted on average 25 times EACH. Which not only showcases the quality of the product to the masses but also helps build passionate and convicted communities. 3.)Vanity Metrics. Our clients also reached hundreds of thousands of followers, and maintained an incredible engagement rate over the course of the campaign. Showcasing to investors genuine traction, good sentiment, and a compelling narrative. 4.) Telling a story. KOLs have different tones, formats, and language they speak in. The ability to analyze the product in a way that matches their audiences preferences helps build an intimate connection between community members and the product. tldr; KOLs is the new way of building brands, generating organic exposure, and ensuring successful launches of products.

The 4 step Web3 success strategy. Happy Monday, everyone; I've had the privilege of working with our $10Billion FDV portfolio over the last 24 months with Arcadia Marketing Web3. This experience has led me to often be asked, "What makes a good Web3 brand successful?" The answer is pretty simple. Recognize the distinction between a good product and good marketing. Marketing contributes to over 95% of a brand's success in Web3. I've broken the Winning Web3 formula, a comprehensive strategy for successful Web3 branding and marketing, into four simple steps. 1. Value Equation There is often a gap between perceived value and tangible value. What does this mean? Here is the ideal formula. Tangible value - perceived value = 0. The closer 0 the formula is, the better the industry understands your product. 2. A digestable USP. I can't reiterate how many pitches we have heard of the founder rambling in the most technical/confusing Web3 jargon. It does not matter how big the problem you are solving or how good the tech is IF NO ONE CAN UNDERSTAND IT. Web3 marketing masterclass is when a (technically) advanced product is showcased to users in a way they can easily digest it. 3. Indentifying target audience. Spray and pray seemed to be the motto of the bull run. Pay off as many random influencers as possible, try to buy your way to the top of the Web3 pedestal, and then sail off into the sunset. This led to the mass ignition of money on fire. A product means different things to different people and needs to be pitched accordingly. Here is an example: An iPhone. To some, its a: A place to play games A place to do business A place to communicate with loved ones A place to read the news. A place to study. A place to watch entertainment. At the end of the day, it's still an iPhone, BUT if you go to someone who wants to watch movies and try to sell them an iPhone by saying, "This is the greatest place to read the news". Then it will fly over their head, signifying the product's irrelevance to their desires. The same is applicable for Web3 brands, and luckily, we don't have to "spray and pray." We have tech and on-chain data to know every single user we are targeting. The underlying message is that a product solves a different problem and tells a new story depending on the user. 4. Marketing is about showing someone how to feel a certain way, not forcing them. The primary reason our campaigns have generated 9 figures in revenue for clients is because of the communities that the campaign reciprocates. Dont: do ex: "Our product is XYZ" or "buy our product because XYZ" Instead provide the user (with all of the applicable data points SO THEY CAN MAKE A DECISION FOR THEMSELVES. Ex: "Our product solves XYZ problem by doing XYZ" "We have XYZ backers because we xyz" All of the top products in our generation have one thing in common. -> People never knew they needed it, and once they got it, they couldn't live without it <-

💰$7 Billion FDV. That is the total market cap of Arcadia's portfolio clients. We expect this to double in the next 180 days purely from new TGEs coming. Billions in new value, for those who place their bets wisely. Here's how we did it. 👇🏻 For a bit of context, we help with the GTM strategies and KOL campaigns for Web3 companies. For some context on who we work with go here 👉🏻 www.arcadiamarketing.io Arcadia has a thesis to only work with 4-7 companies at once, to avoid saturating our services and more importantly, our KOLs. The 🔑 to success in Web3 is realizing that there is two main factors to growth. 1. VANITY METRICS Think about twitter followers, discord members, telegram users, engagement rate. Basically the aesthetic behind a social media presence. Dozens of KOLs flooding the timeline. VANITY metrics brings in exchanges, and retail. However it doesn't account for the full story. 2. SENTIMENT AND NARRATIVE For a token or Web3 brand to be successful you need the RIGHT people talking about the brand. Not the KOL with 100K followers but the silent person who has a private chat of ten traders who control THOUSANDS of ETH in volume. These are the prominent people who have real pull and control the opinions behind the scenes. Our access to these networks is what immediately sets our clients a part.

The key 🔑 to community building in Web3. The user should feel like they are in "Disney Land" when learning about the product. There is 3 stages to community building. 📈Growth Phase -> Initial push goes live -> KOl's / Influencer Interact -> An aurora of mystery looms around the brand -> Consumers race to find out more -> Social outlets experience rapid increase in followers 🤝Scaling -> An intimate relationship is built with community -> Engagement slightly drops as non-interested user leave -> Founder hosts AMA's, and other high conversion actions. -> Details around the project are revealed -> Longer form content posted from influencers, and brands. 💳 Conversions -> Convert users on the product (token, NFT, ETC) -> Properly showcase long term vision for product -> Introduce methods of sustainability -> Create an exclusivity factor around the product. All of these are great and are easy to achieve If you have: 👉🏻 Proper come to market strategy 👉🏻 Identified target audience, their keywords, times active ETC 👉🏻 Develop a compelling USP for them 👉🏻 Engage their favorite influencers 👉🏻 Guide them down a path of realization that they will genuinely enjoy your product.

Massively Underrated Web3 Growth Tactic -> Zooming out <- This space moves lightyears faster than traditional Web3 businesses. Half of being a CEO in Web3 is putting out fires. And sometimes, these same fires might alter the larger vision. Here is the formula we apply that has worked so far: Ambiguity + Persistence = Outcome In a market that is ever changing, you must be willing to adapt. Furthermore, you cannot lose sight of the end goal and fundamentals the company was built upon. -> Ignorant Founders who don't listen to feedback run their projects into the ground. - > Founders who are TOO susceptible to feedback often steer the ship far from what's needed. Balance is key in Web3 ( That Rhymes LOL ). Have a great weekend everyone.

The success of Arcadia has boiled down to our team. 25+ of Web3's brightest minds in content, strategy, creative thinking, and sentiment. When we work with new projects, we integrate truly and holistically as growth partners. Hence, our exclusivity and full-integration with talents from brands such as Sony, Dragon Ball Z and more. This way, we can come in, do what we are best at and showcase impeccable professionalism throughout the campaign. The ability to dictate sentiment, and truly control narratives has taken us a while but when accomplished leads to gargantuan IP generation on autopilot. Its incredibly fun, working alongside top brands and talents especially in this market. Even more exciting times to come

Received so many positive messages about Arcadia the past couple days. It means so much. The idea when I started Arcadia was to create a platform, not an agency. We don’t have “packages”. We are a holistic platform, true growth partners. We want to create a centralized hub of trusted projects If Arcadia is backing something you know you can trust it. We mess up, don’t have a 100% success rate. But can guarantee professionalism, unprecedented growth tactics, and our ability to pull strings/control narratives. We are able to work with so many brands, because we take a “project first” approach. We don’t take credit for work we didn’t do. Our founders and projects do the “heavy lifting”. We just implement our reputation, and tactics that we have spent years perfecting to allow for true recognition. The future is 10x more exciting than the past was. I can’t wait. https://lnkd.in/g7sUpgUm
