Kid's Day at Arbor was a success! 🌟 Our mini teammates (for the day) had a blast exploring the branch, getting a behind-the-scenes look at their parents' roles, striking their best "surfer" pose, and teasing Juan in Payment Systems! They even had the chance to visit the VP team in the executive suite. They found themselves taking a seat at the big table for decision-making in the boardroom. After all the excitement, the kids relaxed with a coloring activity and shared what they would do as CEO for a day. The older kids collaborated with the marketing team to brainstorm promotions for Arbor's youth accounts. To end the day, the kids joined their parents for lunch and pitched in as the most adorable co-workers in the office. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to provide this fun, educational, and bonding experience for our team members and their families.
