As the court appointed notice and claims administrator on this landmark case, Angeion Group is so pleased to see judge Conti's thoughtful and thorough decision granting final approval. “The high participation rate was very compelling, the compensation was extremely fair, and the claims process was streamlined and easy,” said Chris Seeger of Seeger Weiss, co-lead plaintiffs’ counsel in the multidistrict litigation over the Philips recalled breathing machines. “This settlement is state of the art, and all those factors led to the approval of the court.”
